Chestnut Tart
Chestnut Tart, a French style tart baked with almond frangipane. Filled with chestnut cream, sponge and custard. Elegantly wrapped in fine ribbons of piped chestnut paste and finished with sweet glazed chestnuts (Macaron instead of chestnut when out of season).
