You can place an order either by calling me on 0417 213 121, using the contact form or sending me an email at order@makispatisserie.com. Unfortunately, as I make to order, I don't have a shop front and am unable to accept walk-ins or ready made cakes.

Because each of my cakes are custom made from scratch, it would be preferable to have 3 days notice but please don't hesitate to contact me with your request and I will endeavour to accommodate you.

I will try my best to accommodate customisations and dietary modifications whenever possible! Because traditional Japanese cake recipes include light sponges, Uji matcha creams, and chestnut pastes that rely on precise ratios, we can't always guarantee every change, but I am always happy to have a chat.

As I rely strictly on real, fresh dairy cream and use zero artificial stabilisers or preservatives, my cakes are best enjoyed on the day of pick up while the sponge is at its fluffiest. Leftovers can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.

Fresh cream cakes are incredibly delicate and slide easily! Always transport your cake box on a completely flat surface. The passenger side floor of a cool, air-conditioned car is the safest spot (never on a passenger seat or a lap). Drive carefully around corners, and place the cake straight into a refrigerator as soon as you arrive at your destination.

Collection is at 139 Parramatta Road, Auburn 2144. Convenient street parking is readily available along Melton Street South or Station Road just around the corner.

We are currently pick up only to ensure our delicate cakes arrive in perfect condition. If you need to arrange a third party courier service to collect it for you and have an option, please ensure they transport the cake in a car rather than a motorbike or bicycle. Once we hand the boxed cake over to your designated driver, all transit responsibility transfers to the courier service.
